CPS has been creating superior high-voltage solutions since 1982. We specialize in the development of OEM high-voltage power supplies and probes. Our products are designed and manufactured in the United States of America.

Our high-precision, high-voltage power supplies are used in a wide range of applications, including focused ion beams and electron beams, scanning electron microscopes, and electrophoresis. All of our supplies feature very low drift, ripple, and temperature coefficients.

We also make a variety of precision high voltage probes that are used in the calibration, monitoring, and testing of high-voltage power supplies, CRT display systems, nuclear instrumentation, and other high-voltage equipment.
