Röchling, the UK's leading machine shop group for thermoplastics, has invested over £1m in a dedicated healthcare machine shop. The temperature controlled, precision machining facility caters for Röchling’s ever-growing medical device and life science customer base.

Investment in the latest technology multi-axis CNC machine centres, for manufacturing components with complex geometries and tight tolerances, and a new air-conditioned QC facility with CMM inspection and non-contact measurement capabilities, puts us in a strong position within the plastics medical-machining industry.

Accredited to ISO 13485:2016

For volume production, Röchling uses robots to reduce cycle times and ensure product quality repeatedly.

Parts are de-burred using cryogenics, before being washed, cleaned and packed in our in-house ISO Class 7 Cleanroom, then despatched direct from our newly opened service centre.

We offer support and advice on material and component design, to support your project.
