At ELIRI we develop and produce customised microwires and nanowires. Our ultra fine wires can be produced both, in small - custom made series or in bigger industrial quantities.

We also have strong experience and very good technical possibilities of post processing of fine wires, including thermic, chemical and mechanical treatments. Further integration into sub-systems is also possible, including the capacities of high-precision winding for microsensors production.

ELIRI has vast technical expertise in manufacturing of micro-coils core-less or with cores as small as 0.1 mm and using wires down to 0.008 mm ( 8 microns ), mainly for medical applications. There are possibilities of design and production of helical cables, according to clients specifications for short and long term implants.
