Teleflex Medical OEM has a comprehensive suite of integrated capabilities for the development and manufacturing of non-compliant, semi-compliant, and compliant balloons.
Our customers will closely work with a dedicated team to develop customized medical balloons. In addition, we will leverage our vertically integrated capabilities and expertise to provide a virtually seamless transition from each stage of the development process through manufacturing.
Our extensive, in-house capabilities include concept design and development, material selection, rapid prototyping, custom tooling, balloon blowing, pre-clinical and pilot manufacturing, and testing and validation. Teleflex Medical OEM also has in place the ability to manufacture finished balloon catheters.
Teleflex Medical OEM specializes in balloons for PTCA (percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty) and PTA (percutaneous transluminal angioplasty) procedures. But, it also has extensive experience in customized balloons for a variety of minimally invasive procedures, which include cardiovascular, structural heart, peripheral vascular, neurovascular, orthopedic, pulmonary, general surgery, gynecological, and urological.
