The heart of our independent illuminators is a 150 Watt variable intensity halogen light source. Three different light guides are available to attach to this source: a flexible single gooseneck, a bifurcated or dual gooseneck and a ring light.
• Goosenecks direct light to any angle or position and once positioned, remain in place
• The Ring Light attaches to the microscope shroud and moves with the optical body, eliminating the need for adjustment
The 8 Watt fluorescent ring light is a cost effective alternative to the halogen ring light and ensures a sharp image free of shadows.
