In 2015, the cleaning experts at MicroCare introduced the Tergo™ Metal Cleaning Fluid. This is a radically new, non-flammable, low-temperature cleaning fluid that features a non-volatile additive specifically engineered to clean challenging contamination, including solder pastes, flux residues, greases, oxidation and tarnish. The new cleaner is compatible with traditional vapor degreasing hardware.

This is important because it enables fast, thorough and consistent cleaning without using water. Vapor degreasing is nonpyrogenic. It is generally faster, more gentle on components, better able to clean complex shapes and uses far less energy than aqueous cleaning. Vapor degreasers usually are much smaller and quieter than aqueous cleaners.
The Tergo™ Metal Cleaning Fluid is in compliance with all the current and proposed environmental, health and safety regulations. This means a cleaning process can be specified in one country and deployed globally.

Special Note: MicroCare does not sell cleaning equipment, only the fluids which go into those systems. MicroCare will assist engineers to engineer and configure those systems to get the best cleaning at the lowest cost.
