Engineering for surgical robotics and operating room equipment, where precision, integration and a clean risk file matter as much as the mechanics. Our work includes electronics, firmware and an NFC reader for a multi-specialty surgical robot, an AI-powered robotic colonoscopy system with disposable components, an endoscopic suturing system, a cranial fixation tool and medical carts.

We cover motion control electronics, embedded firmware under IEC 62304, sensor integration, mechanical design with FEA, test rigs, and the documentation robotics programs need: classification, ISO 14971 risk management, IEC 60601-1 electrical safety and software safety evidence for FDA and EU MDR.

220 medical devices developed since 2015 by a team of 62 engineers under an ISO 13485:2016 certified quality system; $125 per hour.
