We make sure your device can be built. Design for manufacturing and transfer to your contract manufacturer in the US, Europe or Asia: bill of materials with second sources for critical parts, test strategy, test points and end-of-line fixtures, work instructions, production-ready 3D data and a 2D drawing package, supply chain validation, vendor assessment and qualification, pilot build support and process validation.

For an average product this takes 2,500 to 4,000 engineering hours. After launch we support the device in production (component changes, supplier issues, small redesigns), usually 200 to 400 hours a year. For established manufacturers we also take on redesigns, firmware ports and production transfers.

ISO 13485:2016 certified quality system with ISO compliant CAPA and RMA documentation handling; $125 per hour.
