Slitter rewinder slotted razor blade 5K 0.38mm with ceramic coating to cut plastic film

High quality slitter blade in stainless steel with ceramic coating on the edge for best result in production and converting of plastic film. The razor blade has an extreme durability, and is very robust with its thickness of 0.38mm. The blade has a fine grain structure which ensures that the coating will protect the edge for as long as possible. Equivalent to Cadence Optima Ceramic Rounded Slotted Blades OF-SLC15-RE-S and Fortis Rounded Slotted Razor Blade - Double Edge 20.80.837-040.

For PP with additives such as calcium carbonate (this film is very similar to rubber), we recommend Sollex 5V. We also have customers using Sollex 5K and 5Z blades that successfully cut PP. If something in between V and K quality is needed, we have customers who are very happy with Sollex 5X blades.
