Kinetics' design engineering and technology development staffs concentrate on early design involvement with a complete set of services including rapid prototyping, as well as, finite element analysis (FEA) and materials testing and characterization.

When customers' medical devices are being tooled for production, Kinetics' product engineering staff provide them with weekly project status reports to keep them in touch with the details of their program, from purchase order through PPAP. PFMEA's and Product Release & Certification Plans are submitted for customer approval ahead of tooling completion to ensure understanding of the full scope of the product requirements.
