Voxel Innovations specializes in Electrochemical Machining (ECM) and Pulsed Electrochemical Machining (PECM), taking projects from R&D through production and contract manufacturing. We have experience working with a range of materials including Inconel, single crystal super alloys, nickel alloys, stainless steels, gear steels, aluminum, nickel, copper, titanium, nitinol, and molybdenum to name a few. Our electrochemical machining process is ideally suited for precision parts will relatively high feature counts or production volumes. The process is non-contact and non-thermal allowing us to achieve very high surface quality, no tool wear, and high repeatability. We have the capability to customize our process and equipment for each customer application, allowing us to achieve results that may not normally be feasible - either technically or economically.
