Instru-med is a contract manufacturer specializing in the production of high quality surgical implants and instrumentation. We offer prototyping, production and repair services with the ability to produce or rework nearly any custom part. We're ISO 13845 certified and FDA registered and have a robust quality system that allows us to meet the highest in industry standards.

Our capabilities include: CMM Inspection, CNC Lathe, Complete Finishing, EDM Wire/Sinker/Drill, Mill 3x/4x/5x, and Swiss Lathe.

Our special processes include: Anodizing, Assembly, Bending, Clean/Passivation, Coating, Electropolish, Flute Grinding, Gun Drill, Heat Treat, Laser Etch, Laser Weld, Molding, Painting and TIG Welding.

We precision machine all medical grades of stainless steel, titanium, cobalt chrome (CoCr), nitinol (NiTi), exotic alloys, aluminum, brass and different plastics; including polyethylene (UHMWPE), Radel and others.
