Sureway Tool & Engineering is a “One Stop Shop” for Custom Metal Fabrication. Since 1962, Sureway has been engineering and manufacturing metal products for several industries. Launched as a designer & builder of stamping dies, we’ve evolved into a skilled fabricator operating some of the most high-tech machinery.

Manufacturing 7 days a week in an 82,000 sq. ft. facility in Franklin Park, IL. Hard tooling and 10 stamping presses provide a competitive edge by eliminating secondary operations and producing up to 2,000 pcs/hour. High speed lasers for steel & reflective metals like aluminum, stainless, copper and brass up to 1 inch thick; cut parts in 3D and cut designs in tubing. CNC turret presses that extrude & tap holes, emboss and add louvres. 17 press brakes of all sizes from high speed to high tonnage. 4 robotic welding cells for steel & aluminum, 19 manual welding stations, 14 spot welders, 6 stud welders and 6 grinding stations provide the ability to complete any size order quickly. Auto feed fastener insertion machines install 40 fasteners/minute. Tube cutting, bending and rolling capabilities in-house. Free local delivery.

Fulfillment capabilities are a few miles away in our 64,000 sq. ft. facility in Melrose Park. Assembly, bagging, packing, bundling, pick-n-pack, kitting, gluing, etc. Private offices, conference rooms and assembly areas.
