Optinova is a full-service extrusion producer that has a vast range of experience in precision extrusion of custom designed tubing in both thermoplastics and fluoropolymers. We are a global solution provider for the medical device market. Optinova specializes in multi-lumen, complex geometries, bump/taper tubing, co-extrusions and braid reinforced tubing. As well as quick turn single lumen extrusions when ordering with a resin in stock. Optinova is offering Etched OD PTFE liners in a range of sizes. Etched PTFE liners are typically used as a low friction inner layers in various types of minimally invasive delivery devices. This was the missing link we needed to support our ongoing global efforts of being a total tubing solution provider for contract manufacturers, startups, and OEM’s serving the medical device industry. We are ISO 13485 and offer clean room manufacturing. Our vision is to be the world’s most preferred and recognized provider of advanced tubing solutions.
