Veol Labs is a very unethical company. I signed a contract for $13k to develop medical devices (I paid $7.8K over 2 payments). In the contract it stated that there will be weekly updates and communications and the estimated completion date was mid-February. I started scheduling my appointments with my investors based on this timeline which I confirmed with them. It has been past due 2 ½ months and the project is still not completed. And I have lost credibility with my investors because I had to continually reschedule meetings due to the delays. After asking multiple times Veol Labs provide bits and pieces of videos of independent components working but never the completed project with all the pieces working together. They made changes to the products and did not inform me. Basically they kept me out of the loop and continued built the project as they saw fit. They were running further behind than stated. To my surprise they raised the invoice to a total of $18.2K and said I would have to make the final payment before I can receive the device - keep in mind I never saw the device work! And by paying I was not to make any negative connotations about Veol Labs and the services that I received - they were even trying to block my free speech so that I wouldn’t report their incompetence!
