XACT Wire EDM provides wire electrical discharge machining services nationwide for a very large variety of metal parts manufacturers. Our dedication to only providing wire EDM (and high-speed small hole EDM) services allows us to partner with you on projects requiring this process. You may or may not have your own EDM in house. Either way, we can help. WEDM is ideal for creating metal parts with narrow slots or small holes, components made from difficult-to-machine materials, and parts requiring a precise fit and tolerances. Complex geometries such as involute gears or splines can be easily machined.
Many of our customers are production machining providers producing metal parts who may have some EDM capability but need our help with large projects or challenging parts. XACT Wire EDM is uniquely focused on wire EDM, so we are the ideal company to closely partner with.
XACT Wire EDM has a large pool of over 45 Wire EDM machines. We also consistently invest in the latest programming and inspection equipment so we can offer our manufacturing customers the greatest precision and highest throughput.
