Plasma Surface Modification Services
Vacuum plasma treatments are used to clean and functinalize polymer materials and/or devices to dramatically increase the bond-strength of adhesives, paint, ink, and coatings. Plasma treatments are also effective at cleaning and detacking elastomer devices. Parts can be made more or less wettable by subjecting them to vacuum plasma treatments. Vacuum plasma treatments are long-lasting, uniform, and repeatable. Plasma treatments are non-hazardous and are environmentally-friendly.
