J+W CCM-MV Hand Loaded Automatic Cartoner

The J+W CCM-MV hand loaded automatic cartoner provides the ideal combination of low cost, ease of use, compact size, and maximum flexibility. A single operator can load up to 40 cartons per minute with bottles, blisters, or any other pharmaceutical product. Simple 10-minute changeovers offer the flexibility to carton many different products over a single shift with minimum downtime. The compact footprint, around the size of a standard pallet, offers maximum performance in a minimum of floor space. And with no grease points or regular wear items, maintenance requirements are minimal.

The J+W CCM-MV is available with a wide variety of pharmaceutical options, including printing, bar code and RFID scanning and verification, open flap detection, and serialization options. Nonstandard carton shapes and designs can be accommodated, with a simple changeover process that also allows standard cartons to be filled on the same machine.

Automatic infeed versions are also available, allowing further reduction in labor costs and an increase in performance. Single or multiple bottles or blister packs can be automatically counted and loaded. Verification and bad carton rejection are also available on the automatic infeed systems.
