Infrared Microscope IR-2200 system
The IR-2200 infrared microscope system, combines an infrared tabletop microscope system and a 4.1 MPixel USB3 NIR camera. The IR-2200 is appropriate for inspection of sub-surface images. IK1513 and IK1523 SWIR cameras are the two options for IR-2200 systems.
Capable of high precision measurements, image capture, verification and inspection of materials transparent to the near infrared (NIR) / Shortwave Infrared (SWIR) wavelengths.
