We have 3 certified class 10,000 clean rooms, one of which is specifically designed and controlled for processing silicone components. Our specialties are: Dip molded balloon cuffs, assemblies with cuffs, wire reinforced silicone Cannula bodies, single and multi lumen tubes with inner diameters from .050" up to .75", silicone insert molding and injection molding, tube hole drilling and notching, and complete Cannula. We can complete the product and package it for final shipping. Also, Tip Forming includes catheters, Dilators, Sheaths, IV Catheters and butt welding. Materials include: Polyurethane, PTFE, PEEK, Polyethylene, PVC, FEP, PEBAX, Polypropylene, TPE, silicone, etc... We do Pad Printing, packaging and sterilizing, solvent bonding, hand assembly for low volumes and pilot runs and semi-automated runs for medium volume production. For normal to high volume our in-house engineers design and build the automated equipment necessary to manufacturer your medical device efficiently, economically, on budget and on time right here at Rose Technologies.
