We provide a custom molding technology which allows cost effective utilization of biocompatible engineering polymers (plastics) in complex and difficult to manufacture geometries.

•Custom Process Consistency; the filling mechanics of the process utilize a patented servo electric control system resulting in a highly controlled and repeatable process.

•Custom Process Abilities; the filling mechanics of the process exceed conventional molding filling pressure and velocity. This enables the manufacture of very small parts and thin wall sections.
