To Whom It May Concern:
Effective February 1, 2017, Printed Circuits, Inc. is restructuring its ownership to better facilitate its expansion, rapid growth and success. Printed Circuits, Inc. will now operate under the name Printed Circuits LLC in the same facility and with the same personnel. The company will operate in the manner after restructuring as it did before the restructuring. The restructuring does not adversely affect any vendors, suppliers, customers, service providers, employees or any third parties. Stationery, business cards, checks, order forms for vendors, suppliers and customers and other course of business documents and our web site, will be revised to reflect the new name of the Company. Otherwise, it will be business as usual.
