Although our standard line is produced in commodity (lead-free) grade resins, PMI also has substantial experience in producing components in high performance Thermoplastics such as ABS, Acetals, Acrylics and Polycarbonates are just a few of the materials we process. Should environmental conditions, thermal endurance, close tolerance, impact stability, corrosion resistance or conductivity be a requirement with your products, we may be able to help. PMI is an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility and is supported by a completely staffed tool-building, prototype and mold maintenance department.
