ePTFE membrane offers superior performance compared to most other plastics with regard to chemical & bio inertness, temperature range, UV resistance, electrical and heat insulation properties. Applications can range from filtration to medical to apparel. Phillips can produce very thin membrane (1/10th mil) or laminated sheets of membrane to over 0.500″.” Fibril IND of less than 0.3 micron to 50 micron can also be produced.
