We at KAL specialize in tight tolerance, cosmetic sheet metal fabrication. Anything from one-piece simple brackets to complete weldments and assemblies are common practice for us. The niche we seem to fit nicely is prototype thru low volume production 1-10000 pcs annual is common production quantities. Our ability to laser-turret / turn / mill / weld / stamp / plate / paint all from our two facilities here in Rochester NY, are I believe, what has afforded us the ability to stay competitive in this very demanding marketplace. Lead-time varies pending complexity of components but a typical prototype could be manufactured in as little as 2-5 days. Normal production varies between 4-8 weeks pending workload as well as complexity. I look forward to discussing any additional information I hadn't noted.
