The Delta 3000 DC (D-Cam) is designed for applications requiring reliable seal integrity at high speeds with laminated, co-extruded barrier films and all of the common heat-sealable films. It is a flowrapping machine ideally suited for the range of non-food products, with throughput speeds of up to 300 ppm with multiple jaws. Its main features include PC-controlled electronic multi-axis technology, no product/no bag, misplaced product detection system and automatic size-change functions. Particularly suitable for integration into automatic packaging lines, the D-Cam head design guarantees reliable seal integrity even in the face of speed fluctuations in the line.
