Hightec MC AG is a manufacturing service provider for flex and rigid printed circuits. Hightec is producing these printed circuits in thin film technology and enables therewith pitches down to 20 microns for high integrated solutions. As well assembling of microchips (bare dies) by flip-chipping or per wire bonding is provided. Engineering service for support of our customers is in house available.
Hightec is providing customized solutions in the field of high precise resistor networks, microwave circuits, sensors assembling, hybrid and MCM manufacturing, and extreme thin and highly flexible multilayer circuits. Hightec is providing flex cables for super conductive applications as well. With the new flex technology smaller size, weight, and power (SWaP) applications available. 3D packaging is the trend to miniaturize high functional electronics and this will be done with HICoFlex®.
