Coating can be applied to single wires, strands, and cables in order to provide electrical insulation, chemical separation, or improved lubricity for enhanced device performance.

We offer a diverse range of advanced coatings, such as ETFE, known for its exceptional strength and abrasion resistance, and PFA, which provides excellent chemical resistance and operates at temperatures up to 260 °C [500 °F]. For applications requiring thermal stability and lubricity, we provide Moldflon PTFE, while Polyimide (PI) delivers superior dielectric strength, mechanical properties, and resistance to high temperatures. Our proprietary coatings, such as DuraSkin™, known for its gamma stability and smooth finish, and LubriSkin™, with its non-cracking, chemically resistant properties, ensure reliable and consistent performance in specialized medical devices like catheter stylets, guidewire cores, and neurostimulation devices.
