Electron Beam Engineering, Inc. provides precision electron beam and laser welding services for state-of-the-art medical devices, but more importantly we are a strategic partner to the world’s leading medical device designers, engineers and manufacturers.

Many inventors may not realize the elemental intricacies involved with combining metals, whether they be surgical steel, aluminum or different grades that have to be pieced together. With medical devices, precision is critical and the welds have to maintain the highest integrity. Often, these precision welds are most effectively done with an Electron Beam.

Even more so than Laser, Electron Beam allows for the most controlled form of welding available. EBE’s team uses its world-class equipment and the wealth of knowledge accumulated by its experienced team of welders and engineers.

Our quality system is ISO13485, AS9100C, ISO9001, and Nadcap accredited, and our electron beam welding operators are all AWS D17.1 certified.
