A manufacturer of medical diagnostic test systems required unique equipment for automatically manufacturing their product. To minimize the opportunity for contamination, the process required a class 100 environment with a minimal number of operators.
The Solution
Creative Automation designed and manufactured a complete production system which included 9 highly specialized work cells integrated to operate as a complete, stand alone production system, from component parts to fully packaged product.
