Consumer Product Testing Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1975 as a private contract testing laboratory. CPTC initially provided toxicological services to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care, chemical and household product industries.

In response to our clients' ever increasing needs, Consumer Product Testing Company, Inc. expanded its capabilities to include: analytical chemistry services, clinical safety, efficacy, claims validation, photobiology, microbiology, sterility testing and in vitro toxicology testing services.

We are located in Fairfield, New Jersey in a 45,000 square foot facility. Our laboratories are equipped with cutting edge equipment and methodologies enabling CPTC to offer both routine and advanced research services to clients.
