Micro Windows

Exceptionally accurate optical windows as small as 0.20 mm in diameter for use in laparoscopic, endoscopic and other medical devices. They can be custom engineered, ground and polished to micron tolerances in a wide variety of standard or custom shapes and submillimeter diameters.

Created from optical and filter glasses, these precision microscopic optical elements – some as small as a grain of salt – can be produced with or without chamfers. Custom designed reflective or anti-reflection coatings can be applied to meet the specific requirements of the application.
