Micro Spheres/Balls

Exceptionally accurate optical ball lenses as small as 0.20 mm in diameter for use in laparoscopic, endoscopic and other medical devices. They can be custom engineered, ground and polished to micron tolerances.

Created from optical and filter glasses, these precision spheres – some as small as a grain of salt – can be produced in small quantities with custom designed reflective or anti-reflection coatings to meet the specific requirements of the application.
