Belco Tray Sealers are built to published specifications for Time, Temperature and Pressure and now, Parallelism. Tight tolerances deliver verifiable equivalence among multiple Belco sealers throughout your clean rooms.
Belco offers single and dual station tray sealers in four platen sizes, at four levels of process control capabilities.
Optional "Blueprinting" of Machine Frames shows specification compliance for multiple machines & allows for the transfer of Process Qualification seal fixture work across multiple machines. This consistency among Belco sealers minimizes the risk of your packaging lines being down.
CE Certification and custom engineering options are also available.
We also offer tabletop tray and pouch sealers configured specifically for the tissue bank sector.
