B&H Tool Company LLC engineers, designs and manufactures “round” plastic extrusion tooling for low and high temperature polymer, FEP, silicone and rubber applications. Sectors that we serve include medical device, wire & cable, textiles, irrigation and “general “ industrial tube and pipe. Our capabilities include, single layer, multiple layer (up to 5 layers), striping (embedded & laid down), multi-lumen, multi-tube, multi-cores, etc. Our head assembly platforms include adjustable & fixed center crossheads and in-line dies. Deflector designs include spiral, low volume and high volume. In addition, we design and manufacture all related tooling including tips & dies, fittings and tooling to adapt the head assemblies to the extruder (s). At B&H Tool Company, our team of experts utilizes real-time data, computer generated models and flow simulation technology to engineer, design, optimize and manufacture extrusion tooling for our customer’s applications and output rates.
