We have been utilizing the services of Actco Metrology for several years. Our experience on every occasion has been nothing short of excellent. They attend to all of our Metrology needs immediately and efficiently. Their work is outstanding; we have never found any discrepancies. Whenever we request a quote on a project, their reply, once again, is almost immediate. In addition to their outstanding work performance all of their personnel are professional and very easy to deal with. They follow up where needed and always provide as promised. We have used ACTCO's First Article Inspection Services for the past 7 years and have been very happy; we have dealt with several different people from the office to the techs and found everyone to be very professional. RFQ's are returned in most cases the same day or within 24 hours. The documentation was complete, clear and concise and the knowledge of GD&T was outstanding. First Articles were completed on time or early. Actco pricing was comparative with other companies we looked at. Even though we are over a 1,000 miles from ACTCO the sales department has visited and has been in contact with us to make sure. We would highly recommend ACTCO Metrology Services.

For the past 14 years I have been using Actco Metrology Services to provide measurement data on plastic molded products. They have kept current with industry standards (ISO) and accreditations (A2LA) and their reports are very professional. From 1st Article Inspections to qualify new molds to Process Capability Studies to validate molding processes, the service has always been very responsive to our detailed and specific requirements, accurate and on time. Actco Metrology has been my supplier for FAI and Cpk studies for over 6 yrs. I have found their pricing fair, their customer service excellent and the quality of work has always been top notch.
