4M Industries, Inc. was founded in 1988. From inception to the present day, 4M continues to specialize and excel in the CNC machining of very tight tolerance, ultra high precision components. Over the years, we have established a reputation for quality and reliability. In short, we are a custom build to print job shop providing first quality parts to a variety of industries including medical, aerospace, defense, optical, food processing and pneumatic hand tools.
Plant size is 40,000 square feet with 46 CNC machines including Swiss screw machines (true & hybrid), five axis mills and lathes.
Lathe diameter maximum: 11" O.D. Mill size: 40" length, width 30", height 80".
All programming of machines is done on the premises. We offer CAD design service as well.
ISO-9001-2008 and AS-9100 certified and registered.C.A.G.E.5V8N1.
Materials machined include various grades of: tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, hastelloy, copper, brass and magnesium as well as plastics.
