Laser plastic welding with Leister’s Novolas™ systems expands the possibilities of plastic assembly. Leister USA offers a complete line of equipment, which can answer most laser welding requirements.
The Novolas WS laser system is a turnkey system designed for small batch processing and research. The Novolas Basic AT offers the same weld process control of the Novolas WS, but allows the system to be easily integrated into a production line.
Leister’s patented mask welding process allows for precise and repeatable welding of an intricate pattern, such as those required for microfluidic devices. The Novolas Globo welding system uses the same high-quality laser components as our other laser systems and incorporates a patented technology that eliminates the need for external clamping systems -- making it easy to weld 3-D or very large components.
