The MoldMender micro welder is used to repair injection molds, rubber molds and die cast dies made of steel. Typical repairs include parting lines, scratches and nicks, design changes and corners and edges. The repairs are made by welding ribbon, wire, paste or powder material over the area that is damaged or that needs to be changed. This type of repair is a low heat welding process that does not leave sink lines.

The Rocklinizer applies carbide to metal surfaces for wear protection, gripping and general maintenance. Some typical applications are; eliminate slug pull, reduce galling, added gripping for tube bending, stop heat checking on die cast dies and many other applications.
