Hot Plate Welders
Two standard models of hot plate welders with pneumatic cylinder drives and rack and pinion synchronized platen motion are available. In addition, we design and build hot plate systems using electric motors, with servo controlled drives. These servo units include a controls systems that provide control of all of the machine motions and process variables through a very user friendly touch-screen display panel interface. These servo models are available with up to 12 programmable heater zones. We also design and manufacture hot plate tooling.
