Custom-engineered metal products are offered that combine two material properties, such as electrical conductivity and corrosion-resistance, or high mechanical strength and biocompatibility. Two or more layers of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, niobium, titanium and other alloys can be bonded to copper- and nickel-based alloys. The resulting product is supplied in wire, rod or bar stock, in sizes from 0.002 to 1.5 in. OD.
