DuPont™ Kapton® Polyimide Film and All-Polyimide flexible heaters are constructed using foil as the element and chemical etching to delineate the element pattern. Advanced circuit imaging and printing combined with chemical etching allows designers the flexibility to distribute wattage and create multiple heat patterns within a single heater.
