SPB-3 Reciprocating Screw Blow Molding Machine
APPLICATIONS: Medium volume container production, custom molding, quick change applications, short run or long run processing.
OUTPUT: 15" or 18" wide clamp options, 57mm (2.25") extruder, over 1 pound (500 gram) shot capacity.
CONFIGURATIONS: SPB-3 systems are designed in a modular fashion, with up to 5-cavity head configurations. Available with spin trim automation for non-handled containers or vertical impact deflash automation for handled bottles.
OPTIONS: Modular design, custom features available. Optional clamp sizes. Pull up or ram down neck finishing available. Bottom blow, needle blow, parison programming, bottle handling systems, scrap handling systems.
