Our medical capabilities include state-of-the-art certified class 7 and 8 cleanroom manufacturing space in addition to new, high speed and technologically advanced in-line thermoforming equipment. Our medical packaging facility, located in Otsego, just 30 minutes from Minneapolis, is ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:2008 certified, and AIB Compliant. In addition to thin and heavy gauge forming capabilities, we also offer a complete secondary packaging option.

When it comes to medical electronics packaging, we have unparalleled experience in design, research and development, production and quality control. We routinely run many static dissipative and conductive materials that are crucial in medical electronics packaging applications and are capable of reading surface conductivity of the parts we produce.
