Founded in 1960, Profile Plastics has defined a niche in the custom thermoforming market by producing highly cosmetic, close tolerance parts that exceed our customers' expectations. We are focused on maintaining our reputation as creative problem solvers with an eye on cost saving production methods. We pride ourselves on complex part designs that have been recognized for excellence year after year by the SPE Thermoforming Division.

We specialize in custom molded, highly engineered plastic parts manufactured via the thermoforming processes of vacuum, pressure, and twin-sheet forming. Most of our parts require close tolerance CNC trimming for a precise, consistent fit to the demanding quality standards of our OEM customers. We maintain a custom-built 100,000 sq. ft. facility incorporating the latest technology and innovation in our industry. We continue to expand our value-added services to provide our customers with higher level assemblies and decorated solutions.
