Adhering to strict protocols and methods, PTI meets the demands of industries requiring ISO 14644 cleanroom specifications, including bioburden and electrostatic discharge (ESD).

Our cleanroom operations total 4000+ square feet, are certified to ISO Class 8, and include the following operational capabilities:

-Injection molding:22-245 ton press sizes, 1.1 - 20.8 oz
-Post-mold annealing
-Assembly: including various welding and staking applications
-Secondary operations: Appliqué assembly, part decorating, pad printing, laser marking
-Packaging services
