Mesa Laboratories, Inc. designs and manufactures DataTrace, a high performance, wireless, data logging system which offers the ability to monitor temperature, humidity or pressure without using an out-of date wired system. Mesa’s newest products DataTrace MPRF Temperature and Humidity data loggers deliver the convenience of real-time process data with a wireless data logging system. The use of DataTrace MPRF data loggers can save up to 2.5 hours (65%) of valuable time that is required to set up a wired system.
DataTrace MPRF Temperature data loggers deliver the data from chilling, freezing and room temperature to pasteurization, EtO sterilization and depyrogenation. MPRF Temperature Data Loggers provide accurate data over a wide range with remarkable ease; from as low as -80ºC to +400ºC. The MPRF Humidity Data Logger offers highly accurate RH across the full range, from 0% to 100% at temperatures from 10°C (50°F) to 85°C (185°F).
Both DataTrace product lines are compatible with the DataTrace Radio Frequency (DTRF) software package. Utilizing the PC interface, the user programs the loggers to collect environmental data at a pre-determined level and places the loggers in the specific product or process. The user then retrieves the data loggers and uses the interface to relay the data into a PC for the MPIII models. In the case of the MPRF models, the loggers are continuously collecting data via radio frequency transmission.
