  • FTT Medical Inc. is an ISO 13485 and FDA Registered full service contract manufacturer specializing in precision machined instrument and implant components, full device assembly, and building Specialty Automation equipment for OEM's. In house services include 3-5 axis Milling, 11-axis Mill/turn, 7-axis Swiss Turning, Wire EDM, Assembly, Laser Welding, Laser Marking, and Passivation. Heat treat, Electro polish, Annodizing and Sterilization/packaging are available through local subcontractors.

    We offer short lead times and will work in both prototype and pilot builds as well as full production quantities...no contract or customer is too big or small.

    Materials worked with include all grades of Stainless Steel, Titanium, Nitinol, Chromium Cobalt, Inconel, Hastelloys, Peek, Lexan, Delrin and other machinable plastics.

    Our specialties include Delivery Systems including Hypotube Machining, Instruments, Orthopedic and Spine Implants, and components for medical capital equipment.
