We offer surface analysis (small-spot XPS, ESCA), thermal analysis (TGA, DSC, TMA, CTE), electrochemistry, FTIR (ATR, specular reflectance), SEM/EDX, and optical microscopy. The analysis of metals, semiconductors, polymers, organic and inorganic chemicals, glasses, ceramics, and composite materials is performed. Specialties include corrosion, adhesive bond failures, surface chemistry and contamination, thin films and coatings, and thermal properties. Reports are provided which emphasize addressing your materials problem or opportunity, rather than simply providing you an expensive pile of spectra. Our customers are primarily commercial firms, though we do work for universities and government agencies also.
